I spent six years working through the system as a parent, and read over 100 books on psychology, neurodiversity and child development, because the system couldn't give my family the help we needed.
Before Sylva I was at PA Consulting, working with UK government. I built Sylva as the thing I wished had existed: real support from the day you need it, not the day the system finally gets to you.
